Just four months after the introduction of our ground-breaking AskAxl web app, we’re proud to report ‘significant improvements’ in the customer journey with a third of all customers now engaging with our online service.
AskAxl, which was launched last autumn, provides customers with a live order tracking service and live web chat feature for online help.
The new technology gives customers a detailed online view of the delivery status of their order in real time, and allows them to follow the progress of their actual delivery vehicle en route to their home.
At the same time, we reduced its delivery window from four hours to just two hours – which dynamically updates, reducing down to provide customers with a 30-minute slot.
